Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the prior 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless orbits8 and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London under the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using our Services.

14.1 Entire Agreement
